Yoga originated in India pre-vedic times. Rishis and sages of ancient India devised and refined its practises and techniques, to enable man to lead a healthy, energetic and harmonious life, in tune with nature.

Cure common desease and ailments, like asthma, diabetes, back ache, high blood pressure, insomnia, sinusitis, obesity, migraine, improve eyesight, etc.  
3. Who can practice Yoga?
From age 8 to age 80 and above.
4. What do we wear?
Gents: Shorts or pyjama and T-shirt
Ladies: Salwar/Kameez, pyjama and T-shirt. Wear loose clothing.
5. Where to practice?
Yoga requires no costly equipment. A mat and a clean, ventilated and quiet place will do.
6. When to practice?
Mornings or evenings. On an empty stomach, 3 to 4 hours after a full meal or 1 1/2 hours after breakfast or snacks.
Practice everyday!
An ounce of practice is better than tons of theory (Swamy Sivananda).
Proper exercise - Asanas.
Proper breathing - Prana ya ma.
Proper diet - Vegetarian.
Proper relaxation - Savasana.
Positive thinking and meditation - Vedanta and Dhyana.
Make Yoga the central guiding principle in your life.
